Athena graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Almich & Associates in 2005, Athena worked in the financial aid offices of El Camino College, University of California, Irvine, and Hope International University as an advisor and assistant manager. Through her diligent work with previous employers and current tenure at Almich and Associates, Athena has obtained significant technical knowledge of Title IV regulations for nonprofit and for-profit postsecondary institutions.
When not traveling for work, Athena and her husband enjoy spending time with their 2 little girls, discovering authentic Asian cuisine, and vacationing in Hawaii.
